Composition:
Diclofenac sodium, agar, dimethylsulfoxide, diethylamide hydrochloride, water.
Pharmacological operation:
Diclofenac is a nonsteroid anti-inflammatory mean with painkilling and temperature lowering character. The principal mechanism of the preparation is prohibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Dimexide has anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, bacteriostatic and local painkilling action at the expense of hydroxyl radical inactivation and improvement of metabolic function in the inflammation process. It facilitates quick penetration of medical means through the skin. Diclofenac's and Dimexid's congruent action stipulates stable therapeutic effect.
"MEDIGEL®" ensures prolonged (24 hour's) supply in the damaged area, which significantly increases its effectiveness.
Indication:
Rheumatologic arthritis, idiopathic ankylosing and seronegative spondylarthritis /Strümpell-Marie disease/, joints and spine (osteochondrosis, spondylosis) osteoarthrosis, diseases of the soft tissues adjacent to joints, podagric arthritis and other metabolic arthritis, traumatic injuries of joints, muscles, sinews and yoga.
